The company truly cares about their employees and you can clearly see and feel it. Pay is great and you have a determined leadership, educational and motivational support on a regular base.
Good long term Government projects.
I worked here as a Desktop support analyst. It was genuinely a rewarding experience. I'm not only got to meet many different people but I also had various opportunities to grow my own skills.
I consider myself lucky to get to work for Unique Comp Inc.

I’ve worked as a consultant for Unique Comp Inc for 15 months. I started during the pandemic when most people were out of work. The pay and benefits are within range for the position I was offered. The team at UCI have met my expectations in terms of pay, workers safety, and everything in between. I’ve worked with a dozen or more consultants and their knowledge and experience are an asset to anyone needing IT support.

This company appears to be credible but my experience was far from it. I got a job offer from someone with a thick accent, supposedly from India. The offer did interest me. They followed up with me several times but towards the end they wanted to renegotiate the pay. When I asked why, the supervisor came on the phone saying that there was a miscommunication and that my qualification wasn't worth the offer anyway. I found the executives rude, unprofessional and unsettling. A job change is a major decision. They stop all communication beyond that. I checked their reviews elsewhere, they seemed sketchy too.

I have had nothing but positive experience with this company. Recruiters and managers are always attentive to my needs. Onboarding process was smooth and there is always follow up by Sr. Management Staff in headquarters.
