Since it was about a week before Christmas, I was fully ready to wait in a long line and deal with grumpy customers and employees. Not only did I get in right away, but the person who helped me took a look at my big box and offered to find me a smaller box so I could save some money. I ended up saving $20 because of his efforts.

Even though the store lost out on an extra $20, that extra care and service sold me so that this will be my go-to place for mailing items. I wish more businesses understood just what a difference the little things make.

The team at this UPS Store location is fantastic. This is the cleanest and most organized UPS location in the city.

The staff is eager to help, they are very knowledgeable (they provide numerous ways of sending a package along with their suggestions - never being pushy or rude to rush you in making a decision), they are efficient, and they are all very kind. Pam is outstanding!!! She went above and beyond to help with my tracking situation.

Highly recommend for shipping needs!

If I could give their customer service I would. Paid exorbitant amount to send something two day, now saying 7 days. Local store gave me a 1-800 number to call. On the phone for almost an hour. No supervisor at the store just a bunch of people that have no idea what theyre doing. Stay far away. Use fedex.

Packages that end up lost, or damaged result in no refund from the store. They compile their Liability/Claim policy in the smallest font making it so hard to read, only to find that they're not liable once your given the printed PSO. They lost a $170 dresser that I paid for, and I'm out of pocket an additional $204 I paid UPS when I decided to return my item because it was no longer needed.

Above and Beyond. José and Lee are terrific people. Saved me some nice coin and time on a shipment. Would recommend the location if downtown.

Professional, helpful and fast. This is not my closest UPS Store, but it is my preferred location due to the consistently good service and short to no wait time.

Location is convenient, they randomly closed for meal breaks because they don't have sufficient coverage.

The employees are mechanical, but do what they need to do.

The store itself is a total disaster and dirty, but I use it as an Amazon return center only.

Not a true UPS store and the employees are the worst here which makes the whole experience daunting. They did not know how to do basic things like printing a label or shipping a package and efficiently managed to mess up a very simple process and still had the audacity to say that they are not UPS and can act anyway that they feel fit. If you care about your package reaching on time, not getting lost or generally about your package etc please ship from ANY OTHER store or carrier else you will be spending hours and days sorting out their mess up.

I have shipped from other UPS stores before who have been very communicative, followed the procedures while ensuring the customer is not lied or scammed to, and most importantly ensuring that the package and the customers expectations as laid out of by the agent are met and they failed at each instance of that process.
