Got injured at work called Attorney Thomas Hyatt immediately we meet at a local McDonald's because of Covid-19 to discuses my claim. I should of knew this was a red flag when I saw how he dressed. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all but I was desperate to get treatment and the help I needed so I can provide for my family. Thomas Hyatt used Profanity offend when we spoke, he never listen to me. I was always left in the dark to any up dates about my case. I always had to call or email and wait hrs. for his short reposed. Dealing with Thomas Hyatt and my injuries' was one of the most difficult time of my life. I thought he would help me I thought he understood my case and would get me the help I needed. I never know why Thomas had so much anger and why he treated me the way he did at a time I most needed help. He left me with a lien and a withdrawn I was left to figure thing out on my own. I thought maybe he's a grumpy old man either way I remained respectful and still thanked him for the little he did do which was nothing because I'm still injured and look for a new Attorney Thanks a lot Thomas Hyatt long-run. .

I suffered a work place injury and decided to get representation. After being recommended Mr.Hyatt I met with him and he quickly pointed out that my benefit being paid to me was not correct and I was being ripped off. Thomas Hyatt is very thorough in his work with getting the details right! He will go to bat for you and actually put the work in to make sure not only that you just get representation but to also make sure you win your case! You should ignore the fake low rating reviews because they are obviously not true. If you are looking for an experienced lawyer you found the right guy!

Todd is a really good workers Comp Attorney, not only that he is a good person and is up to date on workers Comp law. He took my case a couple weeks ago and he has made so much progress he jumped on it quick and demanded things be done such as my physical therapy. He is always available when I call him and if he is not in the office he calls me back promptly. I never have to wait a day or so for him to call me back he always returns my call the same day within 30 min. He is doing a wonderful job.
