Mi cita es para las 12pm llegué a las 8.40am y no fueron capaces de recibirme. Aquí les dejo en que consiste mi entrega, yo solo podría descargar en 5 minutos y me sobra tiempo. Personas en la oficina poco trabajadoras y para nada serviciales. Gente riendo en el almacén casi todos conversando y perdiendo el tiempo. No sé como este negocio se mantiene en pie.
Agregando que eso que ven en la foto es bien ligero que con una mano se puede levantar ?‍♂️
Esperando a las 11.30am para volver a chequear. Veremos cuanto se toman en descargar
Bueno tengo que sumar estrellas porque la verdad me llamaron una hora antes de la cita.

I work at a place that uses Shorr plastic stretch wrap and its the worst ive ever used. About half the rolls are unusable, makes everyone's job so much more difficult

Very unprofessional...if you make it to your appointment 2 hours early it shouldn't take 2 hours to unload 1/3rd of a 53 foot trailer. I was then told that I had been skipped over because I was forgotten about. There should always, always be someone at the shipping and receiving desk to make sure orders come in and go out smoothly. ALWAYS!!! This was my second time coming up here and got the same result as the first time. Just terrible. Dropping the ball is not an option when it comes to a business like this. As a trucker your time is one of the most valuable tools that you have. When your time is late up sitting at a dock that means that it's messing with your money. I know that y'all wouldn't want anybody messing up your checks. Get it together!!!

Driver had an appointment for 7:30 am. He arrived at 4:00am. He went to check in at 7:20. There were 3 people in front of him By the time he got to the desk it was 7:53. He was told he was now considered late even though he had been standing in line since 7:20. He was told he would be worked in. Make sure you check in 30 minutes to an hour before your appt time.

Arrived at 7pm for an appt at 06:00 bext morning was told that receiving didn’t come in til 06:00 ask could i park overnight they said yes just outside the gate.. checked in at 06:00 and was unloaded and gone by 06:45 … good experience i live the receiving girl dreads

Came to this company today for a live load appointment. After waiting for my appointment time to come up. An employee came out to the dock I was backed into and disconnected my service airline and placed a glad hand lock on the trailer. Didn't say anything to me at all. I had to pull my trailer brake release to stop the air loss.

Thought it was a bit rude that someone came and did this without saying a word

Nice People, Fast unloading, no overnight parking BUT YOU CAN PARK ON THE ENTRANCE STREET even though it shows no parking any time.
