I wish I could give '0' stars. This company took $354.00 and then cancelled a conference they had scheduled in our office's home town in 2018. The closest conference site was 120 miles away and I requested a refund as our employees could not travel that far. It has been over two years and they never refunded the money! I requested the refund twice with no response. Don't use this company as they are obviously dishonest at best.

NPCC has been supportive and helpful with all of my coding, billing and claim resubmission needs. The informational book and webinar series are also incredibly useful tools for decreasing billing errors.

My whole team attended a conference and while i thought some of the info was useful we were promised materials we paid for that we never received and we could never get anyone on the phone or a call back. We also signed up for another conference that was cancelled and we never received a refund as promised.

My team and I attended this conference a few days ago and we were very happy with the info provided. We found Bridget to be very engaging and open to sharing her tricks of the trade. I am new to the dental field and with a office where billing had not been handled properly so this class gave me some great tools to use to jump start getting back on track. We did purchase the software and are looking forward to using it to our advantage.

Sadly this company will not respond to all of our requests to for a refund or even when they can offer a reschedule date for the class that they cancelled. They took our money and have not made any effort to rectify the situation. Next step is to file a complaint with the California Attorney General’s office!

Great company, very informative and helpful with billing. They were able to assist and answer any and all questions I had concerns on while remaining friendly and professional.

They over promise and under deliver. They charge a pile of money for minimal information. I will not be taking a class from them again. They are not approved for CEUs in my state but they stay they are. They charge more for a few CEUs than just about everyone else and it is more of an infomercial (that I paid for) with minimal usual information. RUN, the other direction from this company.

I attended a conference titled "New 2016 Medicare Billing-Coding-Compliance-Collections" and ICD-10 Billing and Coding. I can tell you 15 minutes was spent talking about ICD-10. The remaining 3 hour and 45 minutes was spent with Bridget Harper, "conference" speaker, telling everyone in attendance how great she is. She talked down to everyone in attendance. She would ask how many people went on vacation this year and belittle people who hadn't......tell how she goes through employees desks and finds food and alcohol in their drawers.....she used foul language say things like "what the hell" and "I'll be damned". THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!! It was 99% a TOTAL SALES PITCH!!!!
