Amazing boutique hotel! A cozy fireplace meets you as you walk into the lobby. It has a modern flair but eclectic furniture about. Friendly staff..special thanks to Emily for being so helpful. There is a tiny sundries/convenience nook with drinks. Waters.snacks. etc for purchase. Rooms are clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Linens excellent quality. The shower was super powerful. Highly recommend!

Stayed a night while seeing a show at the arena close by and this hotel is beautiful. Top 3 favorite. Large rooms, beautiful bathroom and very accommodating, accidentally booked a king room when I needed 2 queens, and they managed to switch rooms last minute even when they were fully booked ❤️. Great food from the restaurant downstairs as well, Lori served us breakfast and gave great service! All in all definitely will book again when visiting the area.

We were here for a group event and decided to get a room. The hotel is very nice. The room was also very nice… looking. The bed was very uncomfortable, very hard.
Our room was on the second floor, therefore we had the hvac system right outside our window, from the main level. We opened our window for fresh air and all we could hear was the hvac system. So we closed the window, turned the heat down in our room, the furnace in the room was extremely loud as well. Pretty disappointed for such a nice hotel. We also should have received the group rate, however we did not.

I am not having to deal with my bank as the hotel put an incidental hold on my card. The final payment posted however the incidental hold has not been lifted. When I reached out to ask. They told me to reach out to my bank.

BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA!! Staff was super friendly and accommodation. Shout out to EMILY and LORI! They made our stay memorable, they made us feel at home.hotel was clean and up to date. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!

This is an excellent place to stay if you need to be in Everett, because you are right in the heart of the marina. So many good restaurants around and most within easy walking distance, plus great areas to walk or run. Although our room was not ready when we checked in, the front desk comped us some non-alcoholic drinks and called us when it was ready. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a nice view of the marina. It overlooked the patio and on Saturday night there was live music until about 9 pm. The person doing the singing wasn't very good, but they are not booked through the hotel. The Jetty restaurant was not up to the same standards as the other restaurants we ate in, especially the breakfast. However, the Jetty bar is very nice and has a great selection. The only "weird" thing is that the room telephone is cordless and won't work unless you turn a switch on. This is a black phone with a black switch. We found this out when we wanted to contact housekeeping for a towel refresh and the phone wouldn't work. We called the front desk from our cell phones and 2 things happened almost right away: we got the towel refresh, and the maintenance supervisor came up to "fix" the phone. That's how we found out the problem. A solution would be to put a sticker on the inside of the handset to point out the switch. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great overnight stay recently for a friend’s nearby milestone bday. It was my first time at an Indigo, and I thought the property was very clean. Great service from the front desk and restaurant staff.

They were down to one working elevator and the other one was a little slow operationally.

The robes are a nice touch in the room & there are a few nearby places to walk for food and beverage.

I’d certainly stay here again!

The hotel was very nice and comfortable but our first night I was awaken at midnight by very loud noises from the room above. I called the front desk and he said he would check it out. It went on for another hour. I went to the front desk the following morning and wanted to either be moved or have them move the noisy guests. Fortunately they were checking out. The next night was much better and I was able to sleep. The only compensation that was offered was a 25% coupon for an entree at the restaurant. I was very disappointed. Probably won't be back.

Very misleading. I thought this was a pet package all inclusive. Pet getaway was the first clue. Upon arrival I was told there would be an additional $50 charge. I was confused as that's not what I thought a package was. The $213.49 suddenly became just over $300. It was night I was downtown Everett there weren't a lot of choices so I caved. I get tired of people thinking they have to come up with ways to tell a half truth or to flat out screw people in order to get their business. Add on price tactics do not turn me on and will not make me want to go back to this place by any means.
