This is by far the worst insurance company ever . They do not care one bit about the well being of people injured in a work comp case . Please hire an experienced attorney to deal with this absolutely horrible company .

Been with them almost 20 years, reported hail damage and was denied the claim.EVERYONE around me got a new roof, mine was denied because my damage occurred in 2014, but when I check the hail records NO hail happened in my town. And my claim agent refuses to tell me how he got his information from 2014.

Worthless company! Was injured in early spring, had to use a week of personal vacation time due to the injury, couldn't do either of my other 2 jobs for over a month due to the injury, so I obviously had loss pay, Illinois law states they are to cover 100% of loss wages of other jobs yet this company REFUSES to call anyone(my employer or me) back. I've called several times leaving messages for Amanda Fazzi every time, yet now 5 months later(after being released by the Dr.) This company still won't even do anything as simple as returning a phone call. Looks like it's time for me to get a lawyer and let them deal with this worthless company because I've wasted enough of my time already. My advise to everyone out there is to STAY AWAY from this company and if you are forced to deal with them don't do it without an experienced attorney because they'll try to screw you every way possible, they're a disgrace to the other insurance companies that actually do their jobs.

Homeowner premium last year $1200.. renewal this year with no claims $2,029.... 70% increase.. I had been with Motorists for nearly 2 decades then encova bought them.... goodbye Encova... you are garbage.

I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW BAD THIS THIS COMPANY IS THEY SHOULD JUST SHUT DOWN!!!!!!! The worst company ever I'm on work comp and have to fight like every week to get my money and they owed me money and won't give it to me this company is a pos I hope this place goes out of business
