I have nothing but great experiences with this lender. They give great customer service, they have answered all of my concerns and questions. They gave me a chance when many other lenders did not so 5 years later, I will be done with my autoloan with CPS. I have a few months left. I have read the reviews of others and it's a shame. They are either default on their loan or they blame CPS for pirchasing a lemon car. CPS is just the lender, they have nothing to do with the quality of your car. That is your job as a buyer! Some even were expecting CPS to finance their auto repairs..... ARE YOU SERIOUS Once again, CPS is a great lender and I recommend them to anyone that are trying to rebuild their credit.

Worse, my account is growing instead of going down. I had automatic payments and they always canceled just to lower my credit. Worse experience and they ruin my credit more and more.

When I enlisted in the military, I notified them of my beginning basic training. As per the SCRA Law, which is for service members on active duty, my payments are supposed to be cut in half and my interest rate brought to a maximum of 6%. They have convinced themselves that active duty does not mean basic training. That is in direct contradiction to the law. Any attempt to speak with someone about this is ignored. I’m simply asking for my account to be credited for the overcharges during that time and they are refusing. They even lied at the beginning and said they never knew I was enlisting to begin with despite having multiple phone calls with multiple staff members.

My experience with this company has been very positive and I have had no complaints. The people who are posting negative comments about this company must be in default and trying to hide their vehicle. It’s a shame they ruin a reputation for their own incompetence.

Just like some others stating this company had people following me to work, family members homes, and so forth. My employer was not having it. I always parked in the basement & they tried on several occasions to enter - ✋️ no you can not enter.
I guess the company were putting stuff on social media giving them a reward 😆 🤣 everyone got rich off unable to reach me + I had pistol for everyone following.

Just another soulless capitalist company... They are eager to trap people into predatory auto loans. Even when my last 2 loans were payed in full they give me an awful APR and act like they going out of their way to help out people improve their credit. They just want to rob and make an exorbitant amount in interest. I cannot wait to refinance so I can take away their pleasure of hemorrhaging my bank account .

Don’t let anyone fool you into taking a loan with this company. I had a $21,000 loan and after three months of paying $500.00 my loan is still $21,000. They’re keeping the principal balance high so that they could keep accruing the interest. I have one more month with this company as I’m selling my vehicle. I’ve heard they fail to update your credit once the loan is paid off. I’ll see how it goes for me. Can’t wait to rid myself of this loan shark company. I’m paying interest only. Nothing has went towards my car loan. They will be done made $3,000 for nothing but I’ve learned a valuable lesson. I wish I could give one star. Do your research, if this is the only option. Wait until
You have better options.

Crooks!!!!
I'm going to do everything in my power to report this company all the way to the United States Congress. This finance company is deplorable and practices rude collection techniques. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Armada SL in April of 2022. Just over a year later, the SUV is worth $20,000 with a balance of $39,000. The auto was marked up by 20 thousand dollars during covid-19.
