Most of the items are six feet or more away so you have to ask to see anything. There is a product book a person can look at which is a time consuming task. And if you ask for a specific item, in a specific flavor, not a ice/freeze, you will end up with the ice/freeze since the staff does not either read, care, or know what is in stock. Items on "sale" are really not as the price is only marked down.
They also have limited stock.
Upside . . If you are desperate and out of juice or whatever stop by. I'm sure you can find something you can use.

If I could give 0 stars I would spend my money I worked hard for on 2 vapes and got home and one did not work at all ... Call the store and they told me well we have signs up that you buy at your own risk sorry we can't do anything for you you just wasted your money and have a vape that doesn't work not their problem.... Happy to leave a zero star review that is the worst customer service and there should be some type of exchange policy cuz obviously they can send it back to the company to get their money back... Will 100% be not choosing them again or any of their affiliates there's too many options in Columbia Missouri for me to waste my money on them... Wish I read all the other reviews of one Stars... This is a big business and obviously I will not be coming back to them ever again... If you do not want to waste your hard-earned money I suggest you don't either

Let’s talk about this topic. If I buy 3 pods should I try them all at the same time at your store Are you something or what if the pack is open and don’t use about one or couple ago it is not give the best flavor. Yes, of course your stuff offer 10% to me why should I use my money at your shop that I didn’t trust anymore. Ok here one things I buy from you with your offer and if the new device have same issue should I buy again and again with next 10% off I am not talking about money or not about with promotion. I am talking about how you treat customers. You reply me “We strive to offer the best customer service and provide the best available products.“ Today you guys treat how you give the best customer service , hum? In the whole USA every time I use flum pebble and it is my favorite device but I found auto fire one is just only at your shop, if you believe it or not I found this issue is just only from you. Don’t tell about vape company policy I knew all about them. I am vape distributor at my home town too if the devices have error these error devices is all from your pocket not from the vape company. So conclusion if customer devices have error these all are our problems right Ok sell like this, one day you will be rich with customer anger.

No responsibility for customer complaining..

I bought it 2 flum pebble. One is passion kiwi and other one is Aloe grape. I tried aloe grape at the store and it was auto fire, so I immediately went back to replace it and the new one that they give me is auto fire too thus why I choose REZ in that day. Today the other flum passion kiwi have same issue so I go back that store and ask for swap another device. and they said “they didn’t take any responsibility for that one that if you leaving the shop.” This photo is my proof of purchase at that store. Everyone know that the open vape is not last long. Why should I open all of my device at the same time. Don’t worry If I don't buy from your store i can buy from other store. there are planty of vape shop in columbia. For me personally next time I don’t go back there again.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS BUSINESS! They have poor customer service and if you buy a product from them and it’s broke or defective some how , they WILL NOT replace it or do anything! We spent well over $100 buying different flavored smokers, came home opened them all and one of them was continuing burning after you had took a hit. So it’s obviously a manufacture defect, took it back to the store thinking we could get it replaced because we obviously didn’t want to keep it and it blow up in our face or something. Well we were told “too bad”, because we “should have opened the product there in the store after buying it.” We were never told to do that in the first place and then to tell us “sorry to hear that” when telling them AND SHOWING them the defected product. I personally had been there a few other times buying smokers and I never knew that you needed to open the product up in the store in case it’s broke for them to replace it or help you at all with it. I won’t ever go back to this business and give them any of my business again and you should not either! Especially since there are other shops in town…
