My husband and I went to John Buda for the green card application process; John prepared all our documents extremely quick without any issues. Our interview date was set for 2 and a half months after we had sent the documents in. Everything has gone perfectly thanks to John. He is extremely efficient and knowledgeable and would strongly recommend him.

The process was intimidating for us and we had met with a few other lawyers earlier however none of them made us feel as comfortable as John did (he kept checking in with us throughout the process).

We have already recommended him to other friends and would continue to do so in the future.

I deeply appreciate Mr. Buda who gave me huge support on my H1B visa application. I would say I couldn't have my H1B approved so fast and successfully without his help. When I moved to Los Angeles in February, my employer's HR really gave me a hard time.They were very slow in processing my documents and refused to pay for my lawyer fee. I talked with Mr. Buda about my situation. He gave me a very good price. Also he guided me through every step of application process in a very efficient and timely manner. Thanks to his knowledge and professional experience, my application was filed within in 1 week after I paid him the lawyer fee before April 1st, and luckily my case was approved very quickly. John Buda is awesome! He is very laidback and very patient. He helped my husband and I file for my permanent residency. Our case was a little more complicated due to my previous J-1 visa restrictions. I went to see other lawyers before Buda, but they did not know much about the J-1 situation for Chinese citizens specifically. Buda was very knowledgeable and told us to apply for J-1 waiver and my permanent residency at the same time, which saved us a lot of time and trouble. I highly recommend John Buda! I will refer him to my friends and family as well.

Mr. Buda was recommended to me by my friend, before coming to him, I have consulted several lawyers about my green card application. Apparently, Mr. Buda was outstanding among them. After first consultation with him, I could realize that he is a sophisticated lawyer, and the price was very affordable, after comparing with other lawyers, I finally requested him to be my attorney. During the process, he was very responsible, reachable, and did extremely efficient work. From application submission to approval announcement, I totally spent one and half months to win my case. I highly recommend John Buda. From our initial consultation to several follow-up inquiries I always felt confident that I had made the right decision hiring John Buda. I was nervous about applying directly and having the application declined due to so many nuances of the application. John knew all the answers and 'strategy' to get the job done. My wife's green card was approved within 5 months. Thank you John!
PS And his fee was reasonable compared to other firms wanting 2X as much.
