I've purchased multiple MI handguards, enhanced nitride bolt carriers, qd scope mounts as well as titanium parts & accessories. Hands down the best Upper Receiver Rod available. Great build quality & design. Good prices and fast shipping when I ordered directly through their website. American made!

Terrible customer service. Purchased a MW industries scope mount three weeks ago online, and tried to mount it. It was off by about 4 degrees the to the right and complete unusable. Reached out to their contact email twice, left three voicemails, still have yet to even hear anything from them. Figured an American made product would be better. Turns out, the Aliexpress copy that I’ve already received is much better. It’s straight, and holds a solid zero so far. Go ahead and save $100 and buy the knockoff

They must not want any business. I've sent emails and have left NUMEROUS voicemails concerning a couple of their products. If they won't respond to a simple inquiry, I can only imagine how difficult to get technical questions answered or warranty work performed. Definitely NOT a very responsive company. There are other choices out there....

Told me it would take 6-8 weeks to ship part. At 8 weeks I had heard no communication. I reached out and was eventually told it would be another 8 weeks.

Edit: I did reach out and then canceled the order. Wouldn't you if your quoted timeline was doubled?

Great company! Shipping is super fast, just don't order their items from optics planet. I waited almost a year before canceling my order from that joke of a company, and then ordered straight from Midwest and order came in 3 days! Amazing product and great company!

I contacted them through the form on their website about a defective product and 2 weeks later still no answer. Now the contact form on their website won't let you fill it in. They obviously don't stand behind their products.
