I am not sure what has changed or if I have just been lucky in food selection but this is the worst food I have had here. Ordered the “Nashville Chicken Strip Sandwich” not to be confused with their old Nashville Chicken Sandwich. The chicken strip sandwich consisted of 3 Costco style chicken strips and some toast for $15 and the chicken sandwich consisted of chicken breast for $15 previously. Keep in mind the kids strips where the exact same for half the price less one chicken strip and still we’re not good. I get things are more expensive but that was crazy town. The staff made it right and switched for a fresh grilled burger that was slightly more expensive but much better. Staff was great and made things right! Beer was Great; food was not so good this time. Guess we will give them a break for a bit and hit some other spots around. Hope they are better in future, we really like the outdoor space.

I love all of the activities and the outdoor space. Service can improve when it gets super busy. I get that it is a challenge when there is so much people but they need to get prepared for it all. Brussels sprouts and pork belly are delicious. I’ve also tried some seasonal burgers that I have loved.

This is a very nice place, lots of room indoors and out. Their lagers, pilsners, and hefes are really good... I'm not a fan of their IPAs... Take that for what it's worth... The service is okay, it was slow.. same thing with the atmosphere, it's probably going to be what you make it.

Wide assortment of beer styles to choose from. The flight: Crown Jewel Imperial DIPA, resin project Mosaic IPA, Haze Project hazy IPA, Blackberry Dawn hefeweizen. Korean fried chicken was 💥. Large outdoor area with bench seating and wide grassy tree covered area for activities in pleasant sunny days like today.

Wonderful drinks. Wonderful food. Wonderful service. 5 stars, would recommend. This was our first time here and we enjoyed it so much. We had the pork belly bites and the buffalo chicken wrap, both of which were fresh and tasted amazing. My husband had the barrel aged flight and I had the frozé (frozen rosé) - delisssshhhh. Jameson and Shawn were our servers and they were attentive and friendly. If you’re looking for a cool hangout spot with good food and drinks in the area, this is a great option.

Let’s start with good beer.
Majority of the wait staff is horrible, the females kept playing with their hair at the service window. Took forever to order food. She Didn’t know the menu. A long time to get the server to get our check.
Kitchen: no beard covers with a long bushy beard, line cook wearing a tank top in kitchen. Not head covers or hats on two cooks .
Was here about a year ago and things were great. It really went down hill since the last time.
Management should pay attention to the 9 bad reviews in the last month and fix this before this place goes under.

First time at Paradigm Brewery and had a great time. Nice place, decent crowd with food amount of room. Beer selection was good and started off with a flight of four sample size beers. Liked the heartland hefewiszen and the project haze ipa. For food, had the giant pretzel and the bratwurst, both very good. Only negative was the AC didn't seem to be working well as it was quite warm inside, but overall great place and will visit again.

It was very disappointing. I wanted just a beer and shop but I sat at the bar for 15 min and none of the 3 bartenders would even smile nor make eye contact. I wanted the only one getting ignored. When I went to try to talk to the manager the host wasn’t there. To get a table inside or out was 1 1/2 hrs. This the second time we have a bad experience. We won’t be coming back. Vendors were nice but that about it.
