I've been a customer for about 15 years, I think. Our first Rep, Maria, was pretty good. Our current Rep, however, Susan M., is AWESOME! She follows up at least once a quarter and is extremely friendly. She is genuinely concerned about how our service is and the couple of times we needed special attention, it was DONE. thank you, Sue! And also a huge shout out to the team that comes out to the properties. They too, do a great job!

I never in my life thought I would be so happy with a garbage service. This is my first time working with a waste solution company and the entire process has been wonderful. I've been working primarily with Pamela Vasquez who has been more than friendly and answers all of my questions immediately. I am so happy to have found such an amazing company with the friendliest and most helpful people. Also... my garbage can is beautiful!!!!.... it's the little things in life 😀 Thank you

We have been customers since 2006. They have always provided excellent service. They call periodically to check and make sure that everything is running smoothly or to see if they can change anything to make your life better. My answer is always your guys are amazing, they always close the gate in front of our dumpster. The drivers have come and gone without a trace. I would highly recommend Republic Services.

Republic Garbage Services, you are extremely unreliable, dishonest, and unfair! They did not care that we were customers for over 20 years. They treated us terribly. They missed pickups frequently, and one time they did not come for garbage pickup 3 weeks in a row! This summer we called to ask about bulk item pickup for a couch, they told us it would be free. (Great, because for $200 every 3 months, it ought to include bulk items.) They also said all appliances, mattresses, and furniture would be allowed for free bulk pickup. But when we put out the couch, they did not pick it up. We called to complain and were told it would be $50 FEE for any bulk items! Because of the area we are in, apparently with only one driver. They told us to cut the couch apart (yeah, sure, I'll just chainsaw my old couch into pieces on my driveway for your convenience). Finally we had enough and decided to cancel service. As a parting gift to a loyal customer of 20+ years, we have to pay $127! Why? It's "a standard fee" for them to pick up the empty trash containers! Goodbye and good riddance! I will tell everyone I know how horrible and expensive your service is!

I have been a customer of Republic for almost 11 years. I have had report missing pickups already 3 times in the month of December. Today the driver rode past my house TWICE. 1st time I attempted to flag him down. But he did not stop. The second time I was actually on the phone a republic rep and the driver did not stop AGAIN. This is horrible as much as they charge for service you would think their service would be better. If I could give no stars I would

I was very pleased with the customer service.
Susan was very helpful, kind In helping to resolve my issue. She looked at our situation and together we resolved issues with the service. The staff in general is very helpful. I believe customer service is high priority for them.Thanks!

Everyone watch your bills closely. They added a late fee of $5 on my bill (dated 10/31/24). I called today 1/13/25 when I received the bill and the girl said it was a “glitch”. Republic had months to figure this out and notify customers but they haven’t done anything about it yet. Fraud?

My restaurant have been using Republic Services for 9 years. GOOD SERVICE AND NICE DRIVER ALWAYS! never have had a delayed pick-up, no mess at all!
