Just off the customer service line with Tiffany, what a positive experience!!!! She immediately addressed my issue on a current order Is waiting on, and then went next level and made sure I was doing well and enjoying my Trek experience, I have been a Trek loyalist since 1990 and Tiffany's professional acumen, positive attitude and absolute genuine goodness shined through. Experiences like this is absolutely what keeps me in Trek family.
Tiffany deserves a huge shout out!!! Stay well and awesome!

The biggest mistake I made is buying the Trek FX+2 e-bike, problems from day one. The fender was loose, touching the tire. I bought it from Trek Beaverton in Oregon, they tried to fix it, no success. Then I took it to Trek Hollywood, in the same metro area, still not resolved. On a ride about several miles from my home it started to touch the tire to the point that it was restricting the movement, I took it to the nearest shop. Still the problem wasn’t resolved. I took it to Trek Beaverton again, they said a hole was drilled, out of the warranty. Trek didn’t honor the warranty, so Trek Beaverton attempted to fix it, I still have the problem. The bike is useless, $2000 wasted, I am not rich, it really hurts. I called Trek, they basically tried to appease me , it seemed to be a design problem. Also, at Trek Beaverton, they couldn’t get rid of the fender, because the rear light is on the fender, so “no fender” option is out.

I had a good experience when I bought a couple of Trek non-electric FX3 from the predecessor company “Bike Gallery”, however there were no major issues with the bike itself, after about 2 years I bought a couple of electric Treks, for me and for my wife. You know about a manufacturer support only when you have a real problem. NO MORE TREK for me.

They gave our small family a tour of HQ on short notice. Beautiful facilities and they treated us incredibly well. Actually hard to believe. Seems like an awesome place to work as well, people seem happy there. Betsy handled our communication and the tour, and she was absolutley awesome! Incredibly grateful.

I want to tell you about an incident I experienced.

I bought Trek Marlin 8 Gen 2 from the Türkiye distributor of the Trek brand. I didn't do any quality control when buying, trusting the brand. Then I changed the internal tire. (Everyone who has a flat tire does this, it is a simple process) First of all, I was disappointed that they used the CST inner tire while the outer tire was Maxxis. I replaced it with the original maxis and put anti-puncture fluid in it like most MTBs.

Then, when I manually turn the steering wheel before attaching it to the bike, there is a serious wobble in both wheels. I hadn't even ridden a bike 10 meters yet.

When I took the product to the company, it said that 2 tires and 1 rim were problematic and made a change. when I ask the company owner why he sells the product without checking, everything was changed. the owner of the company gently dismissed me. if I asked for a technical service form, he wrote on the technical service form that I was to blame for everything and that the product was out of warranty

In general, my suggestion is that you should not buy anything in your life without checking everything in detail.

A lifelong Trek owner/rider. Born and grew up in Wisconsin. Bicycles were my life early on and I didn’t even know it. My first bike was a Roadmaster. I lived on my bike. My friends were playing baseball when was riding everywhere. In the 70s I purchased a bike from a new company called TREK. I was suspicious of this new company. It was a chrome molly lugged frame. It was “Silver soldered”, cool for bragging rights. Painted with the special Emron paint another cool perk. Fast forward past an early bonded aluminum framed road bike, the mountain bike trend, seeing Gary Fisher’s cubical on a tour of the Waterloo plant, and many of my high mileage TREKS sold or traded.
Now retired in Florida I am on my third TREK 920. At 68, I finally can ride 12 months a year. 70-100 miles a week as my legs show the effects of the Florida sun. No more spinning in the Wisconsin basement over the winter. TREK has always warrantied my bikes with a smile. The Wisconsin based company has treated me with Midwest respect that goes with the culture.
My three 920s are close to my heart. Not once has the 920 left me stranded. Flats... well I come accustomed to changing tubes in the ditches while keeping an eye out for the alligators. 18500 (as of May 2022) city and rural miles on my three 920s. Hit by a car, a tree, and some stupid crashes, the 920 is a 24 lb. tank. This bike has the geometry like no other. A set of tour tires and it’s the most versatile bike ever. Thanks for reading.

I “was” a fan of Trek bikes until I had a frame snap on me while riding on a sidewalk (not skilled enough to do much off roading. Unfortunately they don’t make the frame anymore and I don’t have the receipt so 20% discount is the best I can get in return.
