Todd and his team are absolutely amazing! They over deliver on every order! Unlike other screen printing businesses who over promise and under deliver. When they say they will have an order done, they hit those deadlines on time, if not early! Do yourself a favor and use Custom Graphics for all your screen printing and embroidery needs!!

Todd did a great job on making our shirts for our event.

I checked with other venders and his customers stood out so I went with him. His recommendation on what shirt to use was spot on and the shirts were on time and were perfect!

Edited: Our comp was in March. In December, I finally got the check. And he sent the leftover merch for us to sell at our next comp coming up. So he did make it right, but it took way too long. But if I hadn't reached out one last time, I'm not sure we would have seen anything.

We partnered with Todd to sell merch at a competition with the agreement that we would get proceeds back. We are still waiting to see those proceeds from March. Would love to get a return phone call or email explaining why this is the case. It’s really unacceptable to not honor your commitments especially with those commitments negatively impact kids.

I am very disappointed in this company and will not use them again. I took the shirts to Todd on 8/28/23 and tried to communicate with many emails to find out status with no response. When I finally received the response on November 29, 2023, he had not even gotten to them yet. He then sent me a quote with shirts that I didn't request on it, and he wouldn't remove them and add the sizes that I asked for. He was very rude about the whole matter after me waiting 3 months for our job to be started and completed.

Todd at KC customs graphics was extremely responsive and professional in all aspects of our screen printing order. He returned communication within 24 hours, took an online payment, and our order was done before the promised date. Will be our go to business for our future screen printing needs!

Stay away from this business! My team used Custom Graphics for a merchandise fundraiser with the agreement that a portion of proceeds would be returned to the team. After months of waiting and numerous attempts to contact, our proceeds are missing and attempts at communication are being unanswered. What a shame this business is scamming a high school team of their hard-earned funds!

Todd did not honor his commitment in paying money that he owes to a school sponsored organization that he partnered with. Basically, he kept funds that were intended to support our high student students' activities. This is very disappointing. He needs to do the right thing and pay the money he owes.

It is very sad when a local merchant says they will give a percentage on merchandise sales for a Lee's Summit Student group and gives not a penny from the sales. Hearing this is a regular occurrence with Custom Graphics. Our students suffer when bad business like this happens.
