Let me first state that, up until this time, I was not a fan of attorneys. I was severely injured at work to date, requiring two major surgeries. Almost two years into this nightmare, I was assigned my fourth adjuster, and what a nightmare it has been! They cut off my pay and refused to pay mileage reimbursement for treatments or even answer phone calls and emails. I finally gave in on a Saturday night after facing eviction. Bill Abbott called me personally that evening, and the next day, "a Sunday," I had a contract and someone finally on my side. Bill and his crew have answered every phone call, email, and question I have had. He would go out of his way to give me updates as well. Not only did he get my pay started back and my mileage reimbursement, he found where they had underpaid me by almost $10,000! If you have been hurt at work or need a good lawyer, I highly recommend contacting this law firm. Do NOT go it alone! The process is quick, transparent, and costs you nothing out of pocket.
