Be very careful when paying a debit to this place. It wasn't explained to me that I would be paying $99/month for Credit Glory and $20/month for IDENTITY IQ until I cancel them. They basically trick you into erasing the debt instead of just paying it off in full. So far a $279 doctor bill has cost me almost $600. This is not what was explained to me. Very unhappy about the way they scammed me. I wouldn't advise giving them your debit card number. This review probably will get erased but it's the truth.

A few years ago my family was hit with several very large medical expenses which we had no way of paying. When Pro Com reached out to us they were very understanding and actually seemed to care about our situation. This took a tremendous amount of stress off my shoulders. I am currently having issues with my sons pediatricians office submitting the claims through my insurance and it unfortunately ended up in debt collection. I spoke with Patience today and she was more than helpful. She is going to try and help by reaching out to the pediatricians office to get things straightened out. I really appreciated how helpful she was and she also made sure my phone number was correct so she could get back to me with any updates on her end.

Jessica was tremendous. Taking care of this was so much less stressful, because she was kind, patient, understanding and helpful. She walked me through the accounts and process impeccably, told me what to expect, and affirmed what a scary thing being in debt can be. 10/10 for Jessica's transaction, and empathy today.

They were very straightforward and helpful when I called. Nobody likes to be called out on forgetting or failing to pay a bill, but they handled the collection with courtesy and professionalism. It probably helped that I was willing to pay what I owed, of course!

So first you should know I immediately called this company back to find out what I owe. I'm usually pretty good with paying my bills and I figured it was something small like a doctors visit or a missed cable payment. Sadly every time I called they dropped my call while on hold and never responded to my messages. Remember I wasn't even fighting them on the fact I owed something I just wanted information on my debt. I spent about a month ether being dropped while on hold or just outright being hung up on. I had to go to their regional website and call as a potential lender before I talked to some one willing to tell me what I owed. Turns out I owe the hospital $20... So if your a lender DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I wanted to pay my bill and it took them a month to tell me I owed $20. And if someone there reads this I would really look into some of your employees before they do anymore damage to your company.
